2. Ticket Purchase
- All tickets are subject to availability
- Maximum 15 tickets per transaction
- Tickets are valid only for the selected date
- E-tickets will be sent to the provided email address
3. Pricing
- Adults (12+ years): AED 50.00
- Children (3-12 years): AED 20.00
- Infants (under 3 years): FREE
- 5% VAT applies to all purchases
- Promotional discounts may apply for limited time
4. Entry Requirements
- Valid e-ticket must be presented at entry
- ID may be required to verify age categories
- Children must be accompanied by an adult
- Entry is subject to venue rules and regulations
5. Cancellation & Refunds
- Tickets are non-refundable once purchased
- No date changes are permitted
- In case of venue closure, alternative arrangements will be provided

- Photography for personal use is permitted

7. Opening Hours
Dubai Frame is open daily from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Last entry is at 8:30 PM. Hours may vary during holidays and special events.

We are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings during your visit. Visitors enter at their own risk.
